Upon inspecting the vehicle, I discovered a missing component. Noah promptly contacted his manager and negotiated an agreement to have the part delivered at no cost. The entire process was facilitated by Noah and financial representative Jon. Jon refrained from pressuring me into making any purchases. Both individuals are exceptional business partners. Went there to trade and my truck.My truck i had a lot of miles on it because I drive a lot for work so I wasn't getting very much out of it.And I owed a lot still took them like four days, but they worked every day to get me into a brand new truck with zero miles answered all my questions he even got a really good two hundred thousand mile warranty and my credit is not very good at thank you wood city

I had no idea I was his first sale, because he was so professional and appeared polished and practiced. He was NOT pushy whatsoever - of which the proverbial "car salesman" has a reputation - and was extremely helpful in all regards. When I came in the next day to actually purchase my new car, he introduced me to John T., who helped with the instructional aspects of a buy. He, too, was incredibly thorough and helpful. Both are good, good guys to have assisting customers! I'm impressed, and I have to say, Wood City Motors will get my business again!
