Stopped in at Wood City Motors on a whim when we started to shop for a new car for my daughter. We stopped in on Thursday and talked with Josh and by Friday afternoon we drove away in her new car. Josh was amazing to work with, no pressure and made the process very easy. Will definitely be buying a car from Wood City Motors again!

The staff at Wood City are absolutely wonderful and very courteous. Sometimes the wait for things is longer than one cares for, but the staff do a marvelous job of keeping things moving as quickly and as safely as they can. They are busy for a reason, they're good at what they do and I will continue to bring my vehicle there.

All of our experiences with Wood City Motors have been wonderful. Recently we had three separate services where they picked up our vehicles, did the oil changes, etc., then returned vehicles to us. The driver of the valet service was Sharen Van Den Heuvl, who was friendly and excellent. Service managers Ashley Campbell and Corey Chambers, as well as Tech Cody Golen were all so professional, efficient, and just great. Can't wait to buy our next car at Wood City!

Wood city Motors had fantastic service .. they gave us a brand new loaner car to use while our car got fixed .. Lori was great to answer questions and to keep us informed .. we were disappointed with Jeep itself being so slow to respond and for how long it would take them to send parts … ? The gang at Wood City Motors exceeded our expectations! We drove our 2020 Dodge Ram diesel with a 5th wheel camper from Florida to Minnesota and were on our way to Michigan on a Sunday afternoon when our fuel pump blew with diesel and white smoke billowing from under our hood just as we came into Cloque MN. To our right we were blessed to see a Dodge sign at Wood City Motors. We pulled our rig into their back lot, checked it over and knew we weren’t going any further that day. We checked into a hotel for the night and were more than apprehensive about when or if Wood City would be able to get us in. Monday morning we were sitting outside Wood City Motors when they opened. Dru Prebeg, Service Manager, sent a mechanic outside to our vehicle within a few minutes to check it out. The mechanic Mark let us know it was a lose fuel pump and Dru got us in by noon but through further inspection the team determined there had been more damage. Dru told us we were welcome to use our camper in their lot for the night until they knew more about the damage. The next day we decided to have Wood City Motors find us a new Dodge Ram and Mo did a great job. We purchased a gorgeous black Dodge Ram Big Horn. The entire team including Dru, Mo, Jenn and many more turned into our friends by the end of camping for 3 nights. Thank you Wood City Motors for turning a horrible experience into a good memory! Overall just a wonderful experience, Kellen who answered my call the first day was great with communication and accommodation the whole time during my vehicles repairs.

Everyone was friendly and made sure I understood what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The were very quick on the repairs.

I got in a wreck yesterday needed a new vehicle so I came to wood city motors and met Moe. Place is awesome Tyler and Moe are very straight forward honest guys. Loved this experience. 10/10 awesome place to get a vehicle. Thanks guys. Made this process simple!

I had a recall/update on my Lincoln and took it to a Lincoln dealership in the area and they had it for 3 days and said they couldn't do it that something was wrong with my car I made an appointment with wood City and the update was done in about an hour. Everyone is friendly and willing to help I will definitely recommend them to anyone
